Following the recent highly successful productions of ‘Don’t Dress for Dinner and ‘Lord Arthur Savile’s Crime’, Southend Drama Society are proud to present this classic play by Alan Ayckbourn which is part of the ‘Norman Conquest’ recently revived to critical acclaim at the Old Vic.

Set in the dining-room, Table Manners takes us through a disastrously hilarious weekend of eating, drinking and misunderstanding. Sarah is shocked by Annie, Annie is disappointed by Tom and Ruth loses her patience, her temper and her glasses. Tom hits Norman, Normans plans are ruined, Reg is confused, everyone goes to bed hungry and we think the audience will go home laughing.
